Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Semen is stored at Brushy Creek Custom Sires, Elgin Breeding Service, or Integrated Breeders Service. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, your purchase will be released into your name at the storage facility. Please allow up to 7 business days for release.
Buyer is responsible to arrange any and all shipping or storage with Brushy Creek/Elgin Breeding Service/Integrated within 30 days of purchase, and is responsible for shipping and handling fees. Failure to pick up or transfer semen within 30 days of purchase may result in forfeiture of the semen purchased without refund.
Heritage Branded Gear Shipping
We ship using the United States Postal Service. Heritage Cattle is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by USPS. USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. If you have an issue with lost or stolen packages you must call your local post office to file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting the order. If an incorrect address is used and the order gets shipped back to us, we will contact the customer and have to charge for the reshipment to the correct address.
