All Semen sales are final. 

Semen may only be used in-herd by Buyer.   Buyer shall not resell, donate, exchange or otherwise transfer Semen to any third party without written permission of Heritage Cattle Company.

A.I. Certificates will be released to Buyer in accordance with the description of the Semen purchased.  Heritage will release to Buyer of Semen only the number of certificates provided for in the product description.  If the purchase qualifies for additional certificates, Buyer must request and purchase additional certificates needed.

Due to differences  in technicians and semen handling, we do not make any guarantee of conception rates, quality of productivity to be obtained  in the connection with the use of its products or recommended techniques. It makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of its products and hereby disclaims all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the unlikely event that any of our products shall prove to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to their value. Semen and embryos may be discontinued or depleted without notice. Semen collected is  in accordance with CSS standards, unless otherwise noted, and is not intended to be reverse sorted. We reserve exclusive ownership of all DNA cell lines.

Semen is stored at Brushy Creek Custom Sires, Elgin Breeding Service, or Integrated Breeders Service.  Once your order is placed and payment is processed, your purchase will be released into your name at the storage facility.  Please allow up to 7 business days for release.

Buyer is responsible to arrange any and all shipping or storage with Brushy Creek/Elgin Breeding Service/Integrated  within 30 days of purchase, and is responsible for shipping and handling fees.    Failure to pick up or transfer semen within 30 days of purchase may result in forfeiture of the semen purchased without refund.

AI certificates, in the name of the original buyer only, are available for $200 per certificate, and can be purchased here. Semen and certificates are not transferrable.
